Instructions
01Right click on the link that says "Right-Click to Download" (to right click on a mac, hold down the “Control” key while you click the link).
02Select "Save Link As", "Download Linked File as", or "Save Target as", depending on your web browser. Save the file in an easy place to find on your computer (in your "Music Folder" make a folder named "Spring Forest Qigong" or on your Desktop), so you can find and access the audio file after you download it. Chrome Users: Left click on the link, then press Control S (Command S on mac) to download the audio.
iPhone and iPad Users: The audio file needs to be downloaded first to your computer using the steps listed above. Open iTunes and select “add to library” from the "file" tab in the upper right hand corner of iTunes. Find your audio file that you downloaded and select it. It should now be in your iTunes library. Plug your iPhone, iPad, or iPod into your computer and then find the file that you added. Drag the file over to your device and then it should be on your device.
Android Users: Connect you Android to your computer using a USB cable. Use Windows Explorer to copy the Audio file to the Music folder on your device.
