  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds are issued after the returned product is received
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (depending on your bank or card issuer)
Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be in unused, undamaged condition, and returned in their original packaging, when possible.
