Regardless of your Qigong experience, Energy Harvesting sessions are simple to follow for beginners, yet powerful for advanced practitioners.

For my friends in the Northern Hemisphere, who are heading into Springtime, Yang Energy is rising. Spring is the season of bringing to light. It is when all the seeds that have been waiting over the long winter come to life and flourish. Spring brings new visions and dreams. As your life force reaches out to the light of the sun, it is the time to climb out of the cocoon and spread your wings like a butterfly. This is a time of awakening energies, growth, and creativity, so the Equinox is a wonderful time to bring your body and spirit into alignment with these energies.

In the Southern Hemisphere?

For my friends in the Southern Hemisphere, we are heading into Autumn. Yin energy is rising, so this is a time to go within, let go of what you do not need, and begin to reflect on the growth and harvest of the past year.

But did you know that you can greatly expand the essence of your Qigong practice during the special time of Equinox?

The energy of the Earth is in constant transition. During the Solstice, the Yin and Yang energies are at their peak (one is at its strongest while the other is at its weakest). After the Solstice, the Yin and Yang energies begin to move back into equilibrium. This reflection of Yin and Yang in perfect balance is called the Equinox. After the Equinox the energetic cycle continues. There are only a few times in a year that this happens, which is why it is so important we take advantage of these transitioning energies on these special days during the Equinox and Solstice.

Refund Process
