Support the Tibetan monks and Monastery with a donation below.
Your generosity helps us maintain our traditions and serve our community with love and compassion.

 

We are here to support the monastery by serving as a ‘drop-off site’ for donations. Please note that we do not issue 501(c)(3) certificates for tax purposes. Given the monastery’s limited resources, our role is to facilitate the collection of donations and ensure their delivery to the monks.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with a physical product you ordered from Spring Forest Qigong, we are here to help.
 
Return Window
You may request a return for eligible physical products within 30 days of the delivery date.
 
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Support Team for return instructions and authorization.
Returns sent without contacting Support first may be delayed or not accepted.
 
Return Shipping
  • Return shipping is not included.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable duties, taxes, or fees.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds are issued after the returned product is received
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (depending on your bank or card issuer)
Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be in unused, undamaged condition, and returned in their original packaging, when possible.
