Return Window

You may request a return for eligible physical products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns sent without contacting Support first may be delayed or not accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is not included.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable duties, taxes, or fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued after the returned product is received
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (depending on your bank or card issuer)

Condition of Returned Items
