Apple Beef Soup

Ingredients
- 2 apples (1 green, 1 red)
- ½ to 1 pound of beef (preferably stew cuts or beef bones for broth)
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp turmeric root (fresh or powdered)
- ½ gallon water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 potato (with skin on), chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil (if eating during the day) or avocado oil (if eating at night)

- Core and chop the apples.
- Cut the beef into cubes or use beef bones for a richer broth.
