A lifelong student of energy medicine and loving kindness,  Yvette’s passion is to share the healing benefits of Spring Forest Qigong, She discovered SFQ in 2010 while recovering from a life threatening illness. She lives her purpose through teaching simple, yet power exercises and techniques to balance our mind, body and spirit, reduce physical and emotional suffering and discover our innate healing abilities. Yvette has a special interest in supporting healers of all modalities to avoid compassion fatigue and enhance their own energy while helping others. Teaching since 2011, Yvette now teaches Levels 1, 2 and 3 and has studied to Level 5 with Master Lin.  Master of Qi Conference Presenter: April 2019. She is also an EFT Practitioner and Emotional Success Coach (Candidate  2020).
