Darcie Gustine
Darcie Gustine is an experienced healer, personal mentor, group facilitator, and educator. She has studied intensely with Master Lin since 1997 and has completed all four levels of Spring Forest Qigong.
Darcie has contributed to the development of Spring Forest Qigong manuals, newsletters, the International Guild, and additional training tools to help others heal. She is a certified Spring Forest Qigong Level One instructor and also assists Master Lin at the Spring Forest Qigong Healing Center as a Master Healer, Level Two. Darcie is a frequent speaker at SFQ conferences and events.
Deanne Kroll
Deanne Kroll has been studying and practicing SFQ since 1997 and has completed all four levels of training. She is dedicated to helping others in their healing process. Working at the SFQ center as a Level Two Master Healer gives her this opportunity.
Deanne was a curriculum contributor for the Level One instructor certification training. She was a board member of the SFQ Association from 2001-2003. She has assisted in teaching Spring Forest Qigong on a national level and enjoys being involved with the SFQ International Guild and the international and women’s conferences as a speaker, meditation leader, and guest healer, helping to keep people focused on their healing paths.
Sheila Judd

Sheila Judd has more than 16 years experience in the areas of education, marketing, and training and development. She is passionate about health and wellness and about helping others through holistic healing.
Sheila began studying with Master Chunyi Lin in 2000, completing all levels. She contributes to Spring Forest Qigong in various capacities from training design to teaching classes to providing healing sessions to clients at the Spring Forest Center.
Currently she is also Director of Integrative Health & Healing programs at Anoka-Ramsey Community College where she was instrumental in developing the credit programs in Integrative Health and Healing.
Sheila holds a B.A. in Business/Marketing and an M.A. in Human Resource Development/Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas.
She is a certified Level One Master Healer and works with Master Lin at the Spring Forest Center.
Tom Jazdzewski

Tom Jazdzewski has studied intensively with Master Lin since 1996. He is a certified Spring Forest Qigong Level One instructor and a Level One Master Healer.
Tom was the director of the Spring Forest Qigong Association and the SFQ Foundation from 1997-2004. He has contributed to the development of the SFQ educational and certification manuals, produced and co-edited the SFQ Association newsletter, and organized and directed Spring Forest Qigong annual national events.
Tom brings his commitment to Spring Forest Qigong, and the idea of "a healer in every family and a world without pain," while seeing clients at the Spring Forest Center. He also brings the confidence that everyone can experience the power and healing of qigong.
Sheryl Scheller
Sheryl Scheller has been working in the healing arts as a massage therapist since 1988, integrating mind, body, and heart for those seeking balance and healing.
In addition to being a certified massage therapist, she has earned a B.S. in physical education/health and behavioral science and completed a two-year certification program in spiritual direction.
In 1997, Sheryl began her study with Master Lin and has since been part of Spring Forest classes and retreats. She has completed all four levels of Spring Forest Qigong and is a certified Level One instructor.
Presently Sheryl is a Level One Master Healer at the SFQ Center.
Mary Zelmer
Mary Zelmer has been a student of Master Lin since 2002 and has completed all four levels of Spring Forest Qigong. She received her Level One Master Healer certification and became certified as a Level One Instructor in 2008. She has worked at SFQ conferences and assisted in classes and at special events. Mary is also active in the SFQ International Guild as coordinator of the SFQ Guild ReachOut Program. Mary teaches Spring Forest Qigong classes in outlying communities and enjoys speaking about SFQ at high schools and special events.
In 1981, Mary received her B. S. degree in community education and therapeutic studies.
Cathy Beedle
Cathy Beedle is a certified Level One Spring Forest Qigong Instructor and is on the support and coaching staff at the Spring Forest Center. She has studied intensively with Master Lin, completing all four levels of Spring Forest Qigong as well as the Guide Program, from 2002 to the present. She sponsors practice groups for Spring Forest outside the Twin Cites area.
Cathy was a guest speaker at the World Tai Chi/Qigong Day at Normandale Community College in 2008 and also was a guest practitioner in the years 2006, 2007, and 2008. She was a focus session speaker at the Spring Forest Qigong International Conference in 2007.
She has worked in the role of teaching assistant and meditation leader in the Spring Forest Qigong Association and the International Guild from 2003 to present.
Cathy has a degree in nursing.
Jaci Gran
Jacqueline Gran has been studying and practicing SFQ since 1999. She has completed all four levels of Spring Forest Qigong. She is a Level Two Certified Instructor and was awarded her certification as a Master Healer in 2009.
At the SFQ Center, she teaches active exercise and meditation classes, as well as providing instruction to clients on implementing self empowerment recommendations. Jaci is also an SFQ master healer at the SFQ center doing both qigong and Qi~ssage appointments.
Jaci has served as a guest healer at various events, including the 2009 SFQ International Conference, World Tai Chi and Qigong day 2006-2009, the Edge expo. She has also led active exercise and meditation sessions at the SFQ Women’s conference, the SFQ Healing Retreat on Emotions and the SFQ International. She has worked in various social services arenas, including Health Care for the Homeless volunteering as an advocate for affordable housing and people who are homeless and working as a volunteer SFQ healer at a homeless shelter. She was certified as an EMT-Basic in 2005. She majored in Art at Moorhead State University in Moorhead, MN, 1978-1983.
Patrick Dougherty
Patrick Dougherty, M.A., L.P. is a certified SFQ instructor, master healer, and Licensed Psychologist, who has been a practicing psychotherapist in St. Paul, MN since 1977. He is the author of Qigong in Psychotherapy: You can do so much by doing so little and A Whole-Hearted Embrace: Finding Love at the Center of It All.
Dougherty has been a student of Master Chunyi Lin and Spring Forest Qigong since 1995. He has been teaching psychotherapists how to incorporate qigong into psychotherapy since 2000, with continuing education credits approved by the MN Board of Social Work in 2002 and the MN Boards of Psychology, and Marriage and Family therapy in 2004. He offers classes in Qigong in Mental Health for professionals annually, and has presented at several professional conferences locally and nationally with Master Lin. He has taught workshops with Master Lin on Anxiety, Depression, and Emotions. He is a frequent meditation leader for many SFQ events.
