Initial Qigong Sessions    

Your initial qigong session with a master healer at the SFQ Center will offer you the opportunity to learn about Spring Forest Qigong and what to expect from subsequent appointments. Your goals and concerns will be discussed, and you will have a 20-minute qigong healing session. Following the session you will receive a self-empowerment form with recommendations from the master healer and a coupon allowing you to attend an active exercise class at no charge.

Fee:  $95

Individual Qigong Sessions  

As you sit comfortably, Master Lin, a Spring Forest Qigong Master or a Spring Forest Qigong Master Healer will move his or her hand several inches from your body to detect and help remove energy blockages.  To further benefit your progress, active exercises, healing meditations, or Qi~ssage sessions may be suggested.

Fees**:
$110 for 30 minutes with both a Master Healer (approximately 20 minutes) and
        Master Chunyi Lin (approximately 10 minutes)
$ 85 for approximately 30 minutes alone with an SFQ Master or Master Healer   

Children (age 18 or under) receive a $20 discount off the individual qigong session fees.

These are identical to individual qigong office sessions, but shared with one to three people of your choice, which can intensify the energy.

Fees**:
$ 90 per person for 30 minutes with both a Master Healer (approximately
        20 minutes) and Master Chunyi Lin (approximately 10 minutes)
$ 70 per person for 30 minutes alone with an SFQ Master or Master Healer

During your Qi~ssage session you will sit comfortably with a master healer Qi~ssage specialist who will use light pressure and massage along with the power of the mind and heart. He or she will gently and firmly stimulate key energy points on your head, shoulders, back, arms, hands, hips, legs, and feet in a specific order. You will remove your shoes and remain fully clothed and seated for the session. 

Fees:  
$45.00 for 20 minutes

Qi-Sessions (Combination Qi~ssage and Qigong)   

These sessions will be a combination of Qi~ssage and qigong. 

Fees:
$80 for 30 minutes
