Guild Meeting Information

The Guild meets on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month. The gatherings are two-fold in design:

First they are educational, leading members to a deeper understanding of Spring Forest Qigong.

Second, and more importantly, they offer the opportunity for individuals to deepen their practice of the active exercises and meditations along with the healing practices. These meeting are open to all students who have completed a Level One SFQ class or SFQ home study course.

Meetings begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at noon. Information regarding the next meeting, including date and location, is available on the Guild Meeting Phone Line at 952-736-6501 (scroll down for directions).
