Our office is located in a suburb southwest of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area 
and is approximately 10 miles from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport.

From the Southeast (from the airport, Edina/Bloomington, etc.):

• Take I-494 west to exit 11A. Stay to the left and follow the exit ramp to Chaska.
•  At the top of the exit ramp is a stop light.
• Take a right onto Flying Cloud Drive.
•  Go approximately 2 blocks to the next stop light.
•  Take a left at the stop light. This is Valley View Road.
• Go approximately 2 blocks to Market Place Drive. There is a stop light at this intersection.
• Take a left on Market Place Drive.
•  Turn in to the second driveway on the right. Our name, Spring Forest Qigong, is above the door.  

From the East (from south Minneapolis, etc.):

• Take Highway 62 west and then take the left exit to Highway 212.
•  Go approximately ½ mile and exit on 212/County Road 39.
• Initially stay to the left (do not  take Bryant Lake Road), then get into the right lane and follow the curve up the hill to the stop light. 
• Turn right onto Valley View Road.
• Go to the first stop light (Market Place Drive) and turn left.
• Turn in to the second driveway on the right. Our name, Spring Forest Qigong, is above the door.

From the Northwest (from Minnetonka/Plymouth/Maple Grove, etc.):

• Take a left at the light.
• Go to Market Place Drive and turn right.
• Turn in to the second driveway on the right. Our name, Spring Forest Qigong, is above the door. 

From the North Central (from St. Louis Park, Golden Valley, Brooklyn Center, etc.):

• Take either Highway 100 going south or Highway 169 going south to Highway 62 going west.
• Take the left exit to Highway 212.
• Take the next 212/County Road 39 exit.
• Initially stay to the left (do not  take Bryant Lake Road), then get into the right lane and follow the curve up the hill to the stop light.
• Turn right onto Valley View Road.
• Go to Market Place Drive and turn left.
• Turn in to the second driveway on the right. Our name, Spring Forest Qigong is above the door. 

From the North (from Forest Lake, Lino Lakes, etc.):  

• Take I-35W going south to Highway 62 going west. Take the left exit to Highway 212.
• Take the next Highway 212/County Road 39 exit.
• Initially stay to the left (do not  take Bryant Lake Road), then get into the right lane and follow the curve up the hill to the stop light. 
• Turn right onto Valley View Road. 
• Go to Market Place Drive and turn left.
• Turn in to the second driveway on the right. Our name, Spring Forest Qigong is above the door.

From the South (from south of the river: Eagan, Burnsville, Apple Valley, etc.):

• Take I-35W going north or Cedar Avenue (Highway 77) going north to I-494 going west.
• Follow I-494 going west to the Prairie Center Drive exit.
• Take a right at the light and follow Prairie Center Drive past the Highway 212 intersection (Prairie Center Drive becomes Valley View Road).
• Go to Market Place Drive and turn left.
• Turn in to the second driveway on the right. Our name, Spring Forest Qigong is above the door. 

From the West (from Chanhassen, Chaska, Victoria, etc.):

• Go east on Highway 5 and take the Prairie Center Drive exit.
• At the top of the exit take a left on Prairie Center Drive.
• Go approximately ¼ mile to Valley View Road.
• Take a right on Valley View Road. 
• Go approximately 1 mile to Market Place Drive. 
• Take a right on Market Place Drive.
• Turn in to the second driveway on the right. Our name, Spring Forest Qigong is above the door.
