Total into Well-being's vision is to share longevity programs bringing sustainable and improved health by applying Spring Forest Qigong in continental Europe. Practicing SFQ brings love, kindness, and foregiveness in one's life. SFQ supports cleansing programs, releases tension/stress. Simplified exercises, which everybody can practice, supports pain relief. Meditation exercises improve one's own healing process.
