Alice Ronda, called Vatsala by her students, loves to share the fun and the heart-expansive potency of Spring Forest Qigong's healing practice. "Spring Forest Qigong has taught me to become aware of the potent energy flows within and outside of my being. Each time I practice the standing exercises, I discover that they are a joyful journey into learning about myself, the Universe, the power of Chi, and keeping the "love engine" glowing from within my heart. For me it's supremely important that all the SFQ healing and meditation practices are rooted in the four-petaled flower of love, kindness, forgiveness, and compassion. My goal is to share SFQ's gently transformational healing love magic with all."

Alice Ronda (Vatsala) has taken Spring Forest Qigong Levels One-Four and is a certified Level One Spring Forest Qigong teacher. She also teaches hatha yoga through Yoga Corazon retreats in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico.
