Chicken with Goji Berries and Walnuts
This is good for strengthening the kidney energy. For women it helps with cold hands and feet and for men it helps heal early ejaculation and impotence.
Ingredients:
1 1/3 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast 3/4 cup dried goji berries 1 1/8 cup raw walnuts 3 eggs slightly beaten 1 green onion cut into 1-inch pieces 1 inch size piece of ginger, thinly sliced 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste) 1/2 teaspoon pepper (or to taste) 2 tablespoons sesame seed oil
1. Wash goji berries and walnuts. 2. Cut chicken into small bited-sized pieces. 3. Stir-fry walnuts in half the oil at a low temperature until slightly browned. Add goji berries and cook for one more minute. 
4. Remove walnuts and berries from pan and set aside. 5. Put other half of oil in pan. Stir-fry chicken pieces for two minutes. Remove from pan. 6. Stir-fry ginger, green onion, and garlic for about one minute. 7. Add slightly beaten eggs and stir-fry for one minute. 8. Add chicken back to pan and stir-fry for another two minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. 9. Add cooked goji berries and walnuts. 10. Add salt and pepper.
May be served over rice if desired.

Walnut Almond Soup
This soup is good to help with chronic coughing, especially in the fall of the year. It also helps to increase energy and strengthen the body if you are experiencing lack of energy and weakness.
Ingredients:
1 1/8 cup raw walnuts 1/8 cup raw almonds 1/4 cup rice noodles 1 inch-sized piece of ginger blended in blender 1 teaspoon honey
1. Soak walnuts and almonds for 24 hours in water, covering nuts by one inch. 2. Drain nuts and process in blender until smooth. 3. Add blended nuts to saucepan and cover with new water by two inches. Bring to a boil. 4. Add noodles and ginger. Cook until noodles are done. 5. Remove from stove. When cool, add honey to taste.

Black Sesame Seed and Almond Soup
This soup is good to have if you are experiencing dry constipation or constipation because of congestion in the pancreas. Symptoms of pancreas congestion can be stiff joints, digestion problems, and a general all-over heavy feeling.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup black sesame seeds 1 1/4 cup raw almonds 1 1/2 cup rice
1. Soak sesame seeds, almonds, and rice in lukewarm water for one hour. Be sure all ingredients are covered by one inch of water. 2. Put entire mixture of nuts and water in blender and process until smooth. 3. Pour mixture from blender into a saucepan and cook on top of stove until rice is done (15-20 minutes). 4. Add salt or sugar to taste depending on what flavor you want.
