Breathing
Breathing is an important part of Qigong practice. It is also a key to connecting mind, body and heart together. In fact, breathing is the fundamental key. This month we will focus on the power of breathing effectively.
♦ Feb 7: Breathe through your nose.
♦ Feb 14: Breathe through your skin. Focus on your skin. The skin is the second bowel and helps you detoxify. Steps for consciously breathing through your skin.
♦ Feb 21: Breathe – Consciously breathing - being aware of your breath
♦ Feb 28: Breathe – Message your breath with how you want your body to be. When you message your breath, you carry your positive intention, your positive message to every cell of your body.
