Enroll in the Spring Forest Qigong International Guild

You are about to enroll as a member of the Spring Forest Qigong International Guild. 




Cost of membership: $75.00 per year (365 days)

Membership term: A membership year begins on the sign-up date and expires the same date the following year.
                          
Please note: Guild Membership is only available to Spring Forest Qigong students who have studied Spring Forest Qigong Level One for Health. This can be either in classroom format or home study.

Please also note: Your status as a Guild member is pending until your membership has been processed and completed. After such time, you will be able to log in to the store to receive full Guild membership discounts.

When signing up for a Guild membership, please use the email address of the member (each member must have a unique email address). You may only sign up for one membership at a time.  We apologize in advance for this inconvenience, but it allows you to obtain your secure username and password which will allow you to take advantage of member-only benefits.
