"We were all born to heal. We were born with this wonderful ability to heal ourselves and to help others to heal. Many people do not believe this. For much of my life I did not believe it either.

In my first twenty years in this circle of life, I was often a victim. I suffered great pain and abuse and many terrifying experiences. The joy and innocence of childhood was taken from me violently and early in my life. I grew into an angry and unforgiving young person who trusted no one. I saw no beauty in this world.

People who know me now find this impossible to believe. But it is true. In Born A Healer I share with you my life journey and how my life was completely transformed in an instant through Qigong and the healing power of love, kindness and forgiveness. This limitless healing energy can do the same for everyone. It is such a beautiful way to live I want everyone to know it.

Born A Healer is not my story alone. It is also the stories of some of my students who have learned through their own experiences that we were all born to heal. We all have this gift. We just need to be made aware of it and learn how to use it.
