As stated above, Spring Forest Qigong healing is based on the principle that everything in the universe is energy. You are an energy being. For optimum health, wellness and happiness, you need to bring your energy into balance, maintain the balance and keep the energy flowing smoothly.
When your energy is not in balance, energy blockages will be created. If the blockages are not removed, physical or mental illness is likely to manifest. The illness is a symptom of the blockage or blockages.
The way your energy system works, the blockage is often not in the same physical area as the symptom. For example, pain in your back may be due to a blockage in your hip or knee or neck or some other part of your energy system.
For that reason, Spring Forest Qigong practice does not focus on symptoms. It focuses on the underlying cause of the problem – the energy blockage. Spring Forest Qigong practice is designed to remove all the blockages in your body, returning energy balance to your entire system, removing not only the symptom but the root cause. That is the only way to achieve a complete and perfect healing – the goal of Spring Forest Qigong. The Spring Forest Qigong focus is not only on the physical, but mental emotional and spiritual, as well, and all at the same time. You are not just a physical being, but mental, emotional and spiritual. These are all interconnected. You cannot separate them. If you focus on only one aspect at a time your results will be very limited.

For the most powerful healer, healing is the act of sharing love, forgiveness and kindness. If you want to be a good healer, you must really love people from the bottom of your heart. Spring Forest Qigong is energy healing. It is also called message healing, information healing, spiritual healing or signal healing. They are all the same.
When you pass energy to help others, you send out healing signals from your mind to others. These signals travel in your energy. Your energy contains considerable information, including the nature of your spirit, purity of your love, and sincerity of your forgiveness and kindness.
That is why we often emphasize that love, forgiveness, and kindness are fundamental for all types of energy healing. The level of your healing power depends on the level of love you have toward the person you want to help.. It is hard to imagine that a person without love can become a good healer. The more purified your energy is, the more powerful and effective your healing will become.
Techniques are the second most important concept in Qigong healing. However, if you only have good will to help others but you do not know how to help, your ability to help is very limited.. Many other healers try to keep the healing techniques to themselves. Sometimes they do not know how to teach others to heal. They can do it, but they can’t teach others. Some of the techniques out there are either too complicated or too difficult to learn. They require a person to spend years to learn and practice before she/he becomes a healer.
Here in Spring Forest Qigong, we openly share the secret of Qigong healing and make it simple for everybody to learn. Actually, healing is very simple, especially for spiritual healing. We all know prayer is healing. Good wishes are healing. Many critical diseases are healed through prayer. My masters always told me and warned me that the most powerful thing in the world is usually the simplest thing in the world.
