Private Instruction

A private instruction session is a unique opportunity to strengthen your Spring Forest Qigong practice. You will meet with one of the SFQ Center master healers who will provide answers to questions you may have about your sessions, your exercises and meditations, and your healing journey, offering a boost to you on your self-empowerment path and helping you develop and cultivate your inborn gift to heal yourself and others. 

Private instruction is available at the SFQ Center by appointment. The fee for one person is $75/hour or $40/half-hour. For two or more people, it is $45/hour per person. Please call 952-593-5555 to schedule an appointment.

Private instruction is also available by telephone. The fee is $40/half-hour.
