SFQ Certification Requirements

Requirements for Level One Certified Instructor                   Fee: $750
1. Complete SFQ Levels One, Two, and Three
2. Submit application
     Pass criminal background check (if application is accepted)


Requirements for Master Healer, Level One
1. Training
    a.  Complete SFQ Levels One, Two, and Three (minimum of twice each)
    b.  Attend advanced retreats/events (minimum of two)

    Note: Master Healer Retreat may be used to meet part of the above
    requirements

2. Experience
    Assist a minimum of 150 people in healing themselves through individual, phone,
    or distance sessions

    Note: Master Healer Retreat may be used to meet part of the above
    requirement

3. Results: document healing results/testimonials from a minimum of 10 people

    Note: Master Healer Retreat may be used to meet part of the above
    requirement

4. Character
    a.  Meet standards found in the SFQ code of ethics
    b.  Pass criminal background check (if not already completed as part of
         Level One certification)

5. SQF practice: maintain personal practice of 30-60 minutes/day

6. Testing/evaluations: demonstrate ability to detect, evaluate, and treat energy
    blockages (evaluation of ability will be made by Master Lin)

7. Application and essay: must submit essay to address the following--
    a. Why did you choose Spring Forest Qigong?
    b. Why, from your heart, do you want to become a Spring Forest
        master healer?
    c. How will you practice Spring Forest Qigong?


Requirements for Master Healer, Level Two
1. Training
    a.  Complete SFQ Levels One, Two, Three, and Four (minimum of twice each)
    b.  Attend at least four SFQ advanced retreats

    Note: Master Healer Retreat may be used to meet part of the above
    requirements

2. Experience: assist a minimum of 1000 people in healing themselves through
    individual, phone, or distance sessions

    Note: Master Healer Retreat may be used to meet part of the above
    requirement

3. Results: document healing results/testimonials from a minimum of 40 people

    Note: Master Healer Retreat may be used to meet part of the above
    requirement

4. Character
    a.  Meet standards found in the SFQ code of ethics
    b.  Pass criminal background check (if not already completed as part of
         Level One certification)

5. SQF practice: maintain personal practice of one – two hours minutes/day

6. Testing/evaluations: demonstrate ability to detect, evaluate, and treat
    energy blockages (evaluation of ability will be made by Master Lin, who
    will be looking for a significant improvement over Level One)


Requirements for Level Two Certified Instructor        Fee: $950
1. Complete Level One certified instructor training
2. Be recognized as a Level One master healer
3. Submit application
