Spring Forest Qigong Affiliate Program
Thank you for your interest in the Spring Forest Qigong affiliate program. We are excited to offer the opportunity to join together to promote Spring Forest Qigong's vision of "a healer in every family and a world without pain."
We are looking for affiliates who share this vision and will represent it to their market using the highest level of standards and integrity. As an SFQ affiliate, you must have a business website for us to review and consider as part of the approval process.
In return you have the opportunity to earn up to a 30 percent commission on all qualifying sales generated from your website. You may also earn up to a 10 percent commission on sales generated by your referrals' websites).
We welcome affiliates from anywhere in the world; however, we are only able to make payments to affiliates according to the requirements of the United States Internal Revenue Service. You are required to provide a U.S. tax identification number in order to receive your full payment. Without a U.S. tax ID number, we are required by law to submit 30 percent withholding to the IRS. All commission payment checks made to SFQ affiliates are denominated in U.S. dollars and mailed via the U.S. Postal Service.
Please follow this link to complete the SFQ affiliate application.

We strongly advise affiliates to stay compliant with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on testimonials and endorsements. All endorsements, reviews, and testimonials of Spring Forest Qigong's products and services, as well as relationships between other types of content websites (forums, blogs, microblogs, and other social media channels) and Spring Forest Qigong must be clearly disclosed in a separate policy on the affiliate's site.
The FTC points out that "when there exists a connection between the endorser and the seller of the advertised product," it is imperative that such connection is "fully disclosed." The disclosure must be clear, conspicuous, and aiming to "alert the reader" that there is a "connection between the endorser and the seller." The FTC sees the relationship in an endorser-sponsor light and believes that the end user has the right to understand that one exists. We share the underlying idea of this approach and strongly encourage our affiliates to adhere to the FTC's rules. We also reserve the right to terminate the relationship with any non-compliant affiliates.
