About the Spring Forest Qigong International Guild By practicing Spring Forest as a world community, we inspire and nurture the human spirit and we improve our quality of life, by being peace, harmony, kindness and love in action. What we do as a Guild we do for the world.  This is our passion and our service, to be the best we can be and help others do the same. Master Lin created the Spring Forest Qigong International Guild more than fifteen years ago. Today, our Guild has grown into a worldwide community of students and practitioners who practice Spring Forest Qigong to bring balance, harmony and peace to their life. This is a wonderful community of like hearted people dedicated to being the finest resource in the world for apprenticeship in the qigong healing arts. As we practice Spring Forest Qigong daily, we discover we have the power to heal ourselves and help others do the same. Though our Guild is worldwide, it is also grassroots and there are Practice Group Leaders in cities all over the globe who guide new and advancing students in qigong practice.
